Specialist - Level 1: This is a part-time, freelance, work-at-home position.
We have an immediate need for people in our parts logistics department. The responsibilities of this position include locating solicitations, requesting quotes from manufacturing companies, and send the final quotes to us. Required equipment & experience: High-speed internet, sending and receiving email, reading PDF files. Excellent oral and written skills needed. Candidate will interact with business sales staff and must be proficient in American English. We pay $.20 USD per quote, with the potential for bonuses, raises and position advancement in the future, dependent on quality of work. Submit resume with a weekly availability schedule.

Contract Specialist - Level 2: This is a full-time,
freelance, work-at-home position.
The responsibilities of this position include comprehensive pricing and contract administration. Candidate will support contracts and proposal work for new business initiatives. Independently manage contracts and support proposals for new business opportunities. Candidate must have a general understanding of FAR and supplemental agency regulations. Must have ability to review and critique RFP's and identify risk considerations; coordinate proposal development. Will assist in the performance of cost and price analysis of subcontractor proposals and assisting in the negotiation of subcontractor pricing. Prepare cost review materials and brief management. Experience in government contract administration. Responsible for adherence to contractual terms and conditions of contracts. Prepares/negotiates task estimates and new contracts. Responsible for financial accuracy of contracts which includes knowledge of accounting system. Provide general assistance for special projects and other duties as assigned. Must have the ability to work overtime as required, must be multi-tasks oriented. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills needed. Candidate will interface with various levels of management, technical staff, and customers. Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred. Must have 3-5 years of progressive experience along with a demonstrated knowledge of sophisticated pricing techniques for a full range of service and supply contracts within the Federal Government and commercial arena. Must be proficient with MS Office. Must have experience in all areas of Government Contract Administration. Submit resume with desired salary. Salary: Commission based on all contract awards
